In force from 10 October 2026. These terms are a translation of the Polish version; if the two differ, the Polish version prevails.

1. Who sells

The report is sold by the business named above (the Seller). Contact for every matter: hello@hausof.tech.

2. Terms used

  • Panel: the customer account at hausof.tech/en/app/, where reports are ordered and read.
  • Customer: a business that opens an account in the Panel and orders a Report.
  • Item: one advertiser’s Facebook page picked by the Customer in an order, found by brand name or by a phrase from ad texts.
  • Report: a study of the Item’s ads from the Meta Ad Library over the last 12 months in the chosen country, in the Panel and as a PDF file.

3. Businesses only

  1. The Report is sold to businesses only: companies, organisations and sole traders buying it for their business. Consumers cannot buy the Report.
  2. By paying, the Customer confirms they buy as a business and that the purchase is part of their professional activity. A VAT number is required at checkout.
  3. Should the Customer nevertheless have a consumer’s right of withdrawal (Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), by paying the Customer asks for the work to start at once and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends once the Report is delivered (Article 38(1)(13) of that Act).

4. Account and sign-in

  1. The account is free. There is no password: the Customer signs in with a one-time link sent to their e-mail address; the link works for 15 minutes and a browser session for 30 days.
  2. Anyone with access to the Customer’s mailbox can sign in to their Panel. The Customer keeps that mailbox secure; the Seller is not liable for access to the Panel gained by taking over the mailbox.
  3. In the Panel (“Account”) the Customer sees the browsers signed in and can sign them out.
  4. We delete an account on request sent from the account’s e-mail address to hello@hausof.tech. Deleting the account removes access to the Reports; invoicing data stays with the payment provider and the invoicing system for as long as tax law requires.

5. Order, price and payment

  1. The Customer chooses the country and the Items in the Panel and sees the list of Items and the price before paying.
  2. The price per Item is EUR 7 net (Panel in English) or PLN 29 net (Panel in Polish). VAT is added as the law requires; for EU businesses with a valid VAT number outside Poland the reverse charge may apply.
  3. The Seller may offer discount codes, for example for repeat orders; their conditions show at checkout.
  4. Payments are handled by Stripe. The contract is made when the payment is confirmed. The Seller issues the invoice in Poland’s National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and sends it to the Customer’s e-mail address.

6. Delivery

  1. The Report is made automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within an hour. The Customer gets an e-mail when it is ready, reads it in the Panel and downloads the PDF there.
  2. Every Report passes an automatic completeness check before it is sent. A Report with something missing is checked by the Seller, which can take up to 2 business days.
  3. If the Report cannot be made, the Seller tells the Customer and refunds the full amount paid.

7. What the Report contains and what it does not

  1. The Report is based on public data from the Meta Ad Library (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network) for the chosen country, over the 12 months before the day it is made. It shows the state on that day and does not change afterwards.
  2. Meta does not publish advertisers’ spend, clicks or sales. The budget in the Report is an estimate shown as a range, calculated from the EU reach Meta publishes; the method is described in the Report. It is an order of magnitude, not data from an ad account.
  3. The Seller is not liable for the completeness or accuracy of the data Meta makes available. The Ad Library may leave some ads out or show them late.
  4. Parts of the Report (conclusions, month summaries, recommendations) are written by an AI language model from the ad texts. They are an interpretation, not facts about the advertiser.
  5. The Report is for information. It does not guarantee results of the Customer’s ads and is not legal, tax or investment advice.

8. How the Report may be used

  1. The Customer may use the Report in their own business, including sharing it with their staff and contractors, for example the agency that runs their ads.
  2. The Customer may not resell the Report or publish it, in whole or in part, as their own product or content.
  3. The ad screenshots in the Report are the advertisers’ material and their rights belong to them. The Report shows them for analysis; the Customer may not use them as their own material.
  4. The Customer does not get raw Ad Library data or an export of it.

9. How long the Report stays available

The Report and the PDF stay available in the Panel for at least 12 months after they are made. We recommend downloading the PDF.

10. Complaints

  1. Complaints go by e-mail to hello@hausof.tech within 30 days of the Report being made available, with the Report number and a description of the problem.
  2. The Seller answers within 14 days. If the complaint is justified, the Seller makes the Report again or refunds the price of the Items affected.
  3. Between businesses, the statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded; complaints are handled under this section.

11. Liability

  1. The Seller’s liability to the Customer for one order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
  2. The Seller is not liable for lost profits or for business decisions made on the basis of the Report.
  3. The Seller is not liable for outages or changes of the Meta Ad Library, the payment system and other services the Report depends on. If they make the Report impossible, section 6.3 applies.

12. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

13. Changes

The Seller may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. An order paid earlier is carried out under the version in force on the day of payment.

14. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the court competent for the Seller’s registered address.
